Indian actress Mallika Sherawat will be the leading voice in ¨ Naagin-The Snake Woman ¨ a new Indian film to be directed by a Hollywood director. Jennifer Lynch, daughter of 4 time Oscar nominated director David Lynch, is all set to start running on a subject that the West was always interesting, the old mythological story of the Nag-Naagin (snakes) relationship.

Ratan Jain of Venus Records and Tapes, production will take on, along with Vikram Singh and Govind Menon.

¨ Venus is known for its commercial, family entertainment films. There is currently a lot happened between Bollywood and Hollywood and the film with Jennifer Mallika is a step in that direction. ¨ Ratan Jain said in a press report.

¨ It was a great experience working with Mallika in `Monday Gaye Mughal-E-Azam '. It was also obvious that we would go with her. She is very professional in her work. And I hope that after this film, Venus will be associated with international projects. ¨

Irfan Khan will be seen in ¨ Naagin-The Snake Woman ¨ as a police officer that the contract has to be collected and Naagin its forces to tackle.

Hollywood's special effects master Robert Kurtzman, previously with Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino lifts worked, will be responsible for special effects in the movie.

Madhu Ambat and Hollywood sound engineer Patrick Girardi are also a part of this project.
